General Questions

We accept a variety of payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

Shipping

Shipping is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. All products ship from the USA, within the USA. Our fees are below:

  • Economy: For most orders, allow 4-9 business days for delivery. Some areas can take up to 14 days for delivery | $7
  • Standard: 2 to 3 business days after shipping.  Order must be submitted before 12:00pm EST Monday-Friday | $15
  • Express: 1 to 2 business days after shipping.  Order must be submitted before 12:00pm EST Monday-Friday | $25

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes and addresses outside the USA.

All products ship from the USA, within the USA.  There are no import duties or customs charges
to pay.

We are currently only shipping within the USA.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center. Email contact@intlmkt.com and one of our associates will be happy to quickly respond in order to assist you.

Returns

We hope you’re pleased with your new INTL MKT purchase! But just in case you’re not, we want to let you know that you can return, any new and unused item(s) purchased at www.intlmkt.com for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. You’ll get your return refunded in the original form of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Please note we’ll have to charge you a $7 return processing fee for mailed returns that will be deducted from your refund. For more details, please review our Return Policy
